Now concrete floors in wood-frame construction are possible with FusionTec™ Integrated Floor Systems. FusionTec™ combines the fire-rated and sound deadening technologies of AccuCrete® Gypsum Underlayment and AccuQuiet® Sound Mat with the self-leveling topping, UltraPlan® M20 Plus:
- Fire-rated floor-ceiling assemblies of wood or concrete construction (AccuCrete® is UL classified in over 50 designs).
- Sound attenuated floor-ceiling assemblies with AccuQuiet®Sound Mat is approved for use in conjunction with AccuCrete® in UL fire-rated systems. Reduces impact noise (llC) by up to 15 points in wood frame construction and 20 points in concrete construction.
- Affordable Renovation: Use AccuCrete® as an economical deep fill for leveling applications to be capped with Ultraplan® M20 Plus.
- Decorative cement surface in virtually any structure, provided it meets minimum deflection criteria requirements of L/360.
- Cement wear surface applied over AccuRadiant® Pourable Thermal Underlayment for radiant floor heating systems in residential or commercial construction.
